The Eager Sanction
This is the final draft of the United Nations resolution concerning the Democratic People’s Republic of North Korea (DPRK).
It was unanimously adopted by the Security Council in today’s session, which included avid support for the measure by both Russia and China; states that had previously shied away from harsher penalties against the roguish regime of North Korean leader, Kim Jong-il.
